Our college has a UNIT of NSS. The Programme Officer is SmtPapia Biswas, Assistant Professor, Department of History.
This units regularly organized both indoor and outdoor programmes. This includes:
1. College Beautification
2. Anti-communal week observation
3. Anti-smoking campaign in nearby railway station
4. Social integration under the banner of “We are all one”
5. Health awareness camps in nearby village
6. Visiting local health centres and primary schools of the locality
7. Adoption of a village named Harhariafor the intervention purpose.
